Information you choose to share.
You can build your course, country and university shortlist before giving contact details. Information is collected only when you choose to create an Acelot admission enquiry.
What is collected
Your name, WhatsApp number, email address, study profile, readiness score, selected course, country and up to three selected institutions, referral page and campaign tags may be stored with the time of enquiry.
Why it is used
Acelot Academy uses this information to review your study-abroad profile, respond to your enquiry, suggest relevant admission, IELTS, scholarship, loan or visa-support next steps, measure which entry pages are useful, and limit repeated or automated submissions.
How contact happens
After submitting, your structured profile and shortlist are stored and passed through a form-delivery service solely to email them to Acelot Academy at info@acelot.in. You may then use your own WhatsApp or email application to send supporting documents directly to Acelot. The public counselling site does not upload or store document files. By checking the consent box, you also permit Acelot Academy to contact you about the requested education services.
Sharing and decisions
Your result is an indicative planning aid. Universities, scholarship providers and government authorities make their own decisions. Acelot may share information with relevant institutions or service partners only as needed to progress a service you request.
Your choices
You may ask Acelot to correct or delete an enquiry, or stop further contact, by emailing info@acelot.in. Send only the documents needed for admission review and do not send original identity documents.
